These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of our website, membership, volunteer activities, social welfare programmes, and other services provided by the Foundation. By accessing our website, applying for membership, participating in our activities, or representing the Foundation, you agree to comply with the terms described below. 1. About the Foundation GLOBAL STEP SOLUTION FOUNDATION is committed to inclusive rural development and social welfare. Our objectives include education, digital literacy, women empowerment, healthcare awareness, livelihood development, environmental protection, tree plantation, rural development, community safety, disaster preparedness, and other charitable activities. Our aim is to reach as many individuals and communities as possible and contribute to a better, safer, and more inclusive society. 2. Eligibility and Membership Membership is subject to the Foundation's eligibility requirements, application procedures, and approval by the authorised management. Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Submission of a membership application does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Members must comply with the Foundation's rules, policies, code of conduct, and lawful instructions. Membership does not automatically guarantee employment, salary, financial assistance, grants, scholarships, government benefits, or any other personal benefit. The Foundation may suspend or terminate membership in cases of misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorised fundraising, misuse of organisational resources, or violation of applicable policies, subject to applicable law and the Foundation's governing documents. 3. Volunteer Responsibilities Volunteers are expected to work honestly, sincerely, respectfully, and responsibly for the benefit of society. Volunteers must follow their assigned duties and the instructions of authorised representatives. Volunteers must treat beneficiaries, community members, donors, colleagues, and other stakeholders with dignity and respect. Volunteers must protect the Foundation's reputation and must not engage in fraudulent, unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading activities. Volunteers must not use the Foundation's name, logo, identity card, documents, or resources for personal gain or unauthorised purposes. Volunteers must maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive beneficiary information and internal organisational matters. 4. Prohibition of Fake Promises and Unauthorised Commitments No member, volunteer, team leader, coordinator, or representative may make false promises, misleading statements, or unauthorised commitments in the name of the Foundation. No person may guarantee a job, salary, scholarship, financial assistance, medical treatment, government benefit, grant, loan, or other support unless it has been officially authorised and confirmed. Any person making a commitment must clearly communicate whether it is officially approved by the Foundation. A member or volunteer who independently makes fake promises or unauthorised commitments shall be personally accountable for their conduct and its consequences, to the extent provided by applicable law. The Foundation shall not automatically be responsible for personal commitments made without its authorisation. However, any legal responsibility will depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Members and volunteers must not collect money from the public by making false claims about guaranteed benefits or services. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorised commitment should be reported to the Foundation's authorised management. 5. Membership Fees and Financial Conduct Any membership fee or other authorised charge must be communicated through the Foundation's approved channels. Members and volunteers must not collect money in the Foundation's name without proper authorisation. All authorised collections must be recorded and handled in accordance with the Foundation's financial procedures and applicable law. No member or volunteer may use organisational funds for personal purposes or unauthorised activities. Members must not issue unauthorised receipts, financial statements, certificates, or payment confirmations. Any applicable refund or cancellation request will be governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website. 6. Donations and Fundraising Activities Donations and fundraising activities must support the Foundation's lawful charitable objectives. Only authorised persons may conduct fundraising or collect donations in the Foundation's name. Fundraising communications must be truthful and must not misrepresent the Foundation's activities, achievements, financial position, or proposed projects. Donations will be used for legitimate organisational and welfare purposes in accordance with applicable law and any donor restrictions accepted by the Foundation. Donors should verify the official payment details before transferring funds. The Foundation does not guarantee any personal financial return, employment opportunity, or special benefit in exchange for a donation. The separate Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply to eligible payment-related requests. 7. Social Welfare Services and Limitations The Foundation will make sincere and reasonable efforts to extend its services and support to individuals, families, and communities in need. Our activities may include education support, digital literacy, women empowerment, healthcare awareness, livelihood promotion, rural development, tree plantation, environmental protection, and disaster preparedness. The availability of services depends on funding, human resources, infrastructure, geographical reach, programme guidelines, eligibility requirements, and other practical considerations. The Foundation may not always be able to provide assistance to every applicant or community. If we are unable to provide a particular service because of genuine resource constraints or operational limitations, we sincerely regret the inconvenience. The inability to provide a service, by itself, does not create an automatic obligation to provide compensation or alternative assistance. Any legal obligations will remain subject to applicable law. The Foundation will endeavour to communicate significant programme changes or cancellations to affected participants wherever reasonably practicable. 8. No Guarantee of Assistance or Results The Foundation does not guarantee that every applicant will receive financial assistance, educational support, employment, healthcare services, livelihood opportunities, or other benefits. Announcements about proposed projects, future programmes, or planned services do not guarantee that every activity will be implemented or that every individual will receive assistance. Participation in a programme may require verification, eligibility checks, registration, selection, and approval. Any specific service commitment will be subject to the terms officially communicated by the Foundation and applicable law. 9. Code of Conduct All members, volunteers, employees, coordinators, and authorised representatives must: Act honestly and transparently. Respect beneficiaries and community members. Avoid discrimination, harassment, exploitation, and abusive behaviour. Refrain from making false statements or misleading claims. Protect the Foundation's assets, documents, funds, and reputation. Report suspected financial irregularities or misconduct. Follow applicable laws and the Foundation's policies. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination of membership or volunteer engagement, or further action where legally appropriate. 10.
